Our Executive Board


The Executive Board of Kindernothilfe Luxembourg is elected for two years by the General Assembly. It currently has three members.
The board members work on a voluntary basis and, therefore, receive no remuneration for their work. Meetings of the Executive Board are usually held once per month but, at least, once every three months. Minutes are taken of board decisions.
The Executive Board is responsible for the management of the Association. It represents the Association externally. It is also responsible for the management of the Association’s assets as well as the preparation of the Annual Report and Financial Statements. The Executive Board has the responsibility of convening the General Assembly, which takes place in June each year.
